Cannot access my own site

Hello all!

! I am having a very strange problem. My website is up but i cannot see it on any browsers on laptop. It says the site cannot be reached. But when I check from mobile it is all fine. So far, I cleared the cache and cookies, updated the browsers, restarted computer, changed DNS nothing worked. I tried to open site with proxy extension the site works. It’s confusing. Its been a while since I am able to update anything on site.
