And when you get it sorted, get your boss to give you a bonus. 😉
now im getting this other error. =[
Error establishing a database connection!well i think i figured out that problem now im just getting this error…
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/content/l/o/a/loansafe/html/blog/wp-blog-header.php on line 14I suggest you get a fresh copy of your version of WordPress and re-upload everything except wp-content folder and your wp-config.php file.
Well I before I added in that code. Then as soon as i hit save. All the code got jumbled up so would re-uploading actually help??
From a fresh copy – yes.
Didn’t work =[
I honestly don’t see how it could fail if you used a fresh copy of WordPress.
What if i copy the entire directory to my desktop and re-uploaded the codes 1 by 1. Would I still have all my posts?
Well the error is coming from the config file right? if i re-upload everything except for the wp-config.php file then the problem should still be there since I didn’t change it or am i wrong..
No – the error suggests that you’re missing at least 1 critical file. Downloading files from your own server and then re-uploading them when it’s obvious that your install is missing something would be pointless. That’s why I suggested that you get hold of a completely fresh copy of WordPress (your version – whatever that is). From http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/ if necessary. And re-upload these new files.
Providing you don’t re-upload anything in the wp-content folder, nothing on your site would be harmed. Your posts are all safe within the database.
I have this new error.
REDIRECTING LOOP.
