Can you teach me?

Hi Guys,

Can you help me out. Just started doing wordpress and wanna ask a question on how to do this on contact form 7. I found this site http://favoriteagent.com/wordpress/?page_id=80 and I like the way he does the search like option on his page, I tried doing that on contact form 7 on my site but I couldn’t do it. Can somebody teach me or give me a tutorial? I tried checking it on firebox Inspect element but im not sure how to do it?
