Call WordPress content into existing page

I have been trying to print the blog content to my current website and for some reason I can’t view any. I’ve been looking through the documentation but never found ‘the loop’ in any of the preinstalled php files. I wrote it what I was able to research from the documentation and forums but the references and calls to modules seem to be a little different from website and the version I have.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
