Calculation

Hi. Great plugin.
I am trying to create assessments similar to this:

Would you please tell me if it’s possible with your plugin?
I have been trying it for a few days and can’t get the desired results.
If you look at the same assessment, you’ll notice a few things:
1. The scale looks at 3 different dimensions taken from different questions the user answers.
2. The assessments are the means of those questions.
3. Based on the mean of individual dimension, there are different results which can be shown to the user.
4. There is an overall result which is based on the mean of all the questions.

5. If you take the demo assessment, you will notice a page which gets displayed that the user has to agree on before taking the assessment. It would be ideal to be able to do such a thing as well.
