Caching an issue?

    when I make changes to my site on the admin dashboard and save and publish, the changed data does not always appear on the site. I am guessing it is a caching problem but where on the pc? on the site? at search engines? I obvousl do not know mch about caching? Can some one assit in my understanding what the issue is?

    Me neither, but I have learned to regard my browser as the first suspect. Clear its history and tell it not to remember any, then (at least in Firefox) go clear the cache again completely or even close and re-open whenever something seems to not be showing as it should.

    If you have any kind of cache plugin installed and activated, clear it and deactivate it.

    If you have any kind of “cloud” thing going on, try to get your site closer to earth for the duration of at least your initial building.

    so I have previous;ly clered all cookies and internet temp files. no go I have no vache plugins installed I am going to try that tody any ohte advice from folks ou there?
