I get this issue sometimes. Another plugin causes this issue. A plugin modifies the cron jobs.

Would you know any other plugins that might cause this?

I have 55 plugins activated on a live site so turning them all off and re-activating 1 by 1 is going to be very hard to do.

    Thats a shame really. 🙁

I guess I will have to login manually every day and clear the cache.

    you are right.

But why do you need to clear cache daily? If you do not change anything, no need to clear the cache.

Sorry, I should have mentioned. I basically have an Instagram feed on my homepage, using Visual Composer plugin.

I post images daily to my Instagram account and want the latest images to display on my homepage in the feed widget. But that widget doesn’t update automatically due to the cache I have in place, so only once I clear the cache, can I get the latest posts to display.
