• The plugin works well on my site so far. Just had a small question. When I run the cache test, sometimes the timestamps don’t match even though caching is on. Is that normal, or did I miss some setting? tnx!

    Hi there, @jaysonhodges

Thanks for using WP Super Cache and for the kind words! 🙂

Yes, this can be normal. When running the cache test, timestamps may occasionally differ if the cached file expires between requests, if the page hasn’t been cached yet, or if another process refreshes the cache at the same time.

If it only happens sometimes and caching generally works, it’s usually nothing to worry about. You might also want to check your cache timeout settings and any plugins or features that could bypass caching.

If you keep seeing mismatched timestamps consistently, feel free to share a bit more about your setup and we’ll be happy to take a closer look. Thanks!

    Hi there, @jaysonhodges,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
