    1.8mb is not too big at all no, meaning that OR the mail was sent for another server OR the cache was somehow cleared between the mail being sent and you checking?

    Hmm, it does mention this specific URL for this website so I’m not sure what would be getting crossed.
    There is no auto clearing, right? I’m sitting here watching it and browsing the site without clearing the cache to test. After about an hour now it’s at 21mb in size which is 5%. What happens if it reaches 100%? Does it clear itself?

    no, there’s not autoclear, but AO does hook into a list of page caches and will purge its own cache if the page cache was fully cleared?

    I even removed the plugin fully and then brought it back but it’s still doing this. Right now it is full at 1.54GB at 100% capacity. It took since we talked last until now to get to 100% but I don’t think I’ve ever had this issue on any other site and I use AO with everything. The site is hosted on WPengine but I have others hosted here with no issue.

    Any troubleshooting steps you would recommend that I can try?

    sure;
    * disable “also aggregate inline JS” (if not the case yet, it’s off by default)
    * disable “also aggregate inline CSS” (this one is one by default)
