Cache refreshing too-often

I’m using Super Cache to heavily cache a site (for over a week) and then preload pages every 3 days. But for some weird reason it refreshes the cache every 1 minute and 30 seconds (or there about) and I cannot suss out why.
Only seen this happen in version 1.4.
