C Panel restore error.

I was doing a C Panel restore and came across this error..

“There was an error while performing this request

User **** may not have write access to the files being restored. cd / && tar -C/backup2/cpbackup/daily/****/homedir -cf “ssl” | su-s/bin/bash **** -c ‘tar -C /home2/****/ -xf- ‘failed:512 at (eval 16) line 56.

Could anyone help me out with this issue or guide me to whom I could request this issue?..As it seems my posts are being deleted because maybe I’m posting in the wrong section..
