buttons missing?
-
Page Builder has stopped working.
The two button on the left are not being displayed. But they still work.
However the edit and delete hyperlinks on the right no longer work.I am using WordPress 3.6 and PageBuilder 1.3
Thanks

Hi Greg
I have checked on the top 5 browsers, i.e:
Chrome
Internet Explorer
FireFox
Safari
OperaAll 5 display PageBuilder without its buttons.
I am going to take shrinker31’s advice and install phpMyAdmin on my webserver and look at all the folders, to see if there are any fragments of deleted plugins hanging about.
Thanks
I just made a site test with all plugins metioned above and the Page Builder is working very good, no issues. But most of plugins you want to use is outdated(3.3.2 , 3.4.2 …) and google map plugin not working because jquery java library used by some plugins (and themes)is older then 1.3.0. Maybe the theme have problems. on my test I used default Twenty Twelve, and the only major problem was that some plugins slowdown the site (google map, Exclude Pages from Navigation(you can use integrated menu builder), Per Page Sidebar Blocks (you can do the trick with page builder)…). If you can show as your site, we are happy to help you. I think the problem is the template used, and at last web server (10%).
Thank you Greg for your awesome builder
I am using the customizr theme (bootstrap) and don’t have the buttons.
All is good here, maybe a chomd permissions issue. Try performing a 755 permissions on that folder.
Go to: /plugins/siteorigin-panels/css/images
First check if those images are there, then do a 755 on the images folder.I have had the same problem. I have traced it to a plugin conflict between Page Builder and All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely.
When both plugins are enabled, the buttons (new widget, new row, delete, etc.) in the Page Builder editor are not visible but are still there (the tips show if you hover over them). When the Event Calendar plugin is disabled, then the buttons are visible. I am guessing it is something with different Jquery UI versions.
Thank you for your post.
Ok so on top of a fresh copy of wordpress I did the following:
1. installed Page Builder by SiteOrigin
Buttons ok
2. Added All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely
Buttons missingSo therefore All-in-One Event Calendar is the culprit!
Greg does this help you at all?
Can you make a modification to your code to cope with the All-in-One Event Calendar?
Cheers
I tried working out the Event Calendar conflict a few versions back by making my button CSS more specific. I didn’t get around to checking if this fixed everything though. My changes might have been what made this issue worse π
I’ll install it and see if I can fix things from my side.
That would be really good of you Greg as I love Page Builder, its one of the best plugins for WordPress. Cheers.
Phew, finally managed to fix this in my development version. Thanks for all the tips and advice everyone. It’s been a massive help.
Version 1.3.4 should be landing in the next few hours after I’ve done some testing.
I just installed 1.3.4 and Bingo! it’s fixed π
Well done Greg, Good Man!!Fantastic! It feels great to get these issues fixed.
Honestly well done Greg
A big slap on the back from me! π
I will mark this as resolved.Hi,
I have a problem with the plugin that is very similar that LordLiverpool said. The button size is incorrect, very small now, and I can’t view all the options in the widgets when I added one to the post. In the text widget, for example, the option “insert auto lines” doesn’t appear right now. Can you help me? Sorry for my bad english.
Greetings.
Pedro.
