I imported the form to my lab site and ran some tests, but couldn’t replicate the issue, everything is working as expected and I can’t see any error in my browser console.
It appears the issue is specific to your website, and could be caused by a plugin/theme conflict, you can try disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme like twenty twenty-five to find the issue.

I tried again and im getting an error that the issue is with the Paypal module in Forminator –
