    Hello,

    I am trying to connect a Square account to the client’s site. I try to add a business location on WooCommerce, but no location is populated in the dropdown menu. I confirmed on the Square portal that there is a location. We have a SSL enabled on the site. It seems that the hostnig meets all the technical requirements. And I even see in the log file that the locations are active:

    I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin and all the tips from similar/related topics. But no result. Please advise how I can solve this problem.

    Hi there!

    Locations are queried from Square and are only listed if they are Active and have Credit Card Processing enabled. Can you please confirm that your Square account meets that requirement?

    If yes, and you’re still seeing the same problem, can you please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Complete Square logs:

    IS the one you shared about the full logs? If not, can you share everything you see under the Square logs (preferably via a service like pastebin, if there are lots of logs after REDACTING any sensitive details)

    3. A screenshot of what you’re seeing under WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings
