Business Location dropdown menu not populating

I am having trouble setting up WooCommerce, and would like to understand why I am having the issue of the Business Location dropdown menu not populating with my locations when I connect with Square. I searched the internet for the proper procedure for synchronization and integration, and the steps required to carry this out were enabling SSL, ensuring my host provider was not blocking gateway access to Square or any other domains for that matter, activating my locations under Business->Locations in Square Dashboard, which they now are and have been, and then finally enabling Credit Card transactions in the location that I would like to sync with. I think the layout changed in Square on behalf of this, and therefore I haven’t seen a definite menu that allows me to both “Verify my identity” and enable credit card transactions, which is effectively my final goal with my site so paying bills can be performed. Any ideas?
