Hi @yakblack,
Can you check your php error? That happened when the optimize process meets any PHP error. Prolly caused by other plugins.
I had same issue!
When I switch back to version 1.2.1, it worked again!
I do not think so it’s a problem with server.

When you used 1.2.2 and met the error, did you turn on any setting in Optimize?
I am having the same error. Please advise on how to fix. this is impacting traffic on my site… Same consensus here, 1.2.1 worked but 1.2.2 is a problem. I use Portfolio Plus theme for my website which I believes use the Litespeed cache.
Oone more note: the download for version 1.2.2 has the 1.2.1 version of the litespeed-cache-admin-optimize.class.php

I had exactly the same error while attempting to update LSCache from 1.1 to the 1.2.2 version. After that I lost any ability to manage or just open my site until came to file manager and delete plugin manually. The bug is reproducible.

Hi @catsmeowings, the version is ok, that is to indicate when that file/func is created. Both with @tockman, Can you list all of your plugins? It should be a compatibility with your current plugins.
Also, did that error happen when you upgrade to 1.2.2 or after upgraded, trying to turn on optimize options? Because optimize options are off by default.

Maybe that would be OK if site is reachable after that 😉
The error appears right after I press “Update” button.
My plugins:
Admin Management Xtended
Akismet Anti-Spam
Background Update Tester
Background Updates for Major Releases (disabled)
BackUpWordPress
Category Order
Cyr to Lat enhanced
Google XML Sitemaps v3 for qTranslate
Jamie Social Icons
MP3-jPlayer
NextGEN Gallery
RSS Links Manager (disabled)
WP Edit
WP Toolbar Removal
WP-PageNavi
Thank you for the cooperation.
Hi @tockman,
Thanks for your information. Can you try to manually install 1.2.2 from ftp to see if there is any error?
If anyone can create a ticket in our system or send the detail info to bug@litespeedtech.com, that will be helpful.
I just tried to do it – with that same result. It has installed smoothly but after pressing “Activate” button I’ve got it again: “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”.
And after I deleted advanced-cache.php from wp-content – it all works now! Plugin is activated, site loads and responses as normally!
…oops, it was just before I tried to press plugin’s settings 🙁 Error is back again.
@tockman @catsmeowings @ntmutd @yakblack Can you create a ticket and send your environment report by visiting your backend->Litespeed Cache-> Environment Report wp-admin/admin.php?page=lscache-report? Thanks a lot.
We may need a temporary access to your wp and server to figure it out.

It’s supposed to be fixed in v1.2.3.
Please upgrade to this version. Thanks.
