It seems like the alternate text in the visual builder is not connected with that in the media library. If you add the image in email then you should set the alternate text from within the image block in the visual builder.
I will report the issue to our developers so hopefully, they will address the issue in the future updates.

The issue persists with FluentCRM 2.8.40. The bug has now been left unresolved for more than half a year. Ping @tahmidulkarim.
The issue is with unlayer. They don’t have API to push the alt text. We have sent a feature request to them. Hopefully they will implement it soon. For now, I am closing the ticket.
Oh. I see. Thanks for the clarification. The last thing I heard was that the issue had been reported to the developers, so I didn’t know it was an issue on the underlying service provider’s end.
