bug

I have an issue with this plugin but I am not sure its an issue with just this plugin coz I uninstalled it and tried another with the same issue.
This plubin was working fine until sometime last week anyway the issue is this.
When someone logs in or registers it will go through the whole process and even redirect the user back. Except the user logged in dashboard does not show up. Its as if the user is not logged in but they actually are because when you try to do it again you are kinda stuck in a loop and login using wp system login will not allow you to. every time I have to wait maybe 30 minutes to be able to log back in using the wp system login??
Any help would be appreciated..
