Buddypress integration issues

    Hi

    Hope you are well.

    My configuration : Version 5.0.3 | Unyson 2.7.21 | Woffice 2.8.0.1 | Buddypress 4.1.0 | Wise Chat Pro 2.0

    I have problems with integration of wise chat with Buddy Press.

    1). When I click on an user and click on the “Chat message” button, nothing happens.

    The link of the button is: https://MYURL.com//communaute/membres/USER/#

    How to edit this link to open a chat? Where ?

    2) when I click on the discussion bubble at the bottom right, then “New conversation, I enter the name of the user I want to contact, I click on the button “create conversation”, it opens a discussion but with another user … I tested with other login accounts, with other users, same problem.

    Have you ever met these problems ? can you help me ?

    Hello @signaturedigit

    We have already contacted you. Regarding your questions:

    1. Please go to Appearance settings of Wise Chat Pro and enable “Enable Private Messages” option. This will enable private chats.

    2. We would have to see it directly on your site.

    Sorry, finally the problem was not wise chat pro with BuddyPress, but another plugin integrated directly to the theme used …
