Broken Site – MaxCDN

Hi
When I link to my MaxCDN account our site displays incorrectly – no formatting, no images etc. Just a list of pages. If I disable the MaxCDN integration it works fine. All the settings seem correct but I can’t figure out what’s going on.

The integration is cancelled at the moment so the site is displaying correctly.
