The tabs I’m referring to on the ‘broken’ page are the ones that should read
*Expedition Details* *Requirements* *What’s Included* etc, which show up as tabs on the “fine” page but show up as non-tabs on the broken one.
What update are you referring to?
Did this occur after only updating the tabby responsive tabs plugin? – or after updating WordPress to v4.1?
Did you also update your theme and/or other plugins?
This looks like a possible javascript issue.
Does the broken page appear any different when you temporarily deactivate all other plugins and/or temporarily switch to twentyfifteen or other default theme?
After wordpress updated to the v4.1. No changes were made to anything else. Theme has not been updated, certain plugins were updated, but they weren’t active, and are still not active.
Switched to twentyfourteen and the two sample pages I gave above are still the same. Not sure what would cause one of them to have broken tabs while the other doesn’t. While the text is different, there are no other differences between the pages. The tabby code is the same.
To help troubleshoot this I need to know the answers to some some questions:
- what is causing is the url to the tabby javascript being rewritten to contain ‘pagespeed’ in the filename? If that is a plugin, which one is it?
- Was that plugin updated?
- Does the page display any differently if that plugin is deactivated?
- Was nextgen gallery one of the plugins which was updated?
- Do the tabs appear any differently with nextgen gallery temporarily deactivated?
- Do the tabs on the broken page appear differently if you temporarily remove the nextgen content from that page?
- Do the tabs on the broken page appear differently if you temporarily deactivate the nextgen plugin?
Thanks so much- it appears that nextgen is causing the problem. Not sure why it’s doing that in some places and not in others, but it’s great to at least isolate the problem.
