Breaking blog into multiple subdomains.

    My Friend and I want to have a blog together. We would be posting about different topics. Would it be possible to put all posts from say category “Water Rockets” onto a page at Rockets.MyDomain.com and put a second blog page that contains posts with the Catagory “64BitFox” at 64BitFox.MyDomain.com,and put all other posts at MyDomain.com. I know we could create 3 separate blog: One for my rockets, one for his stuff, and one for the joint stuff. Just wondering if there’s any other way.
