    Hi there! I hope you all are well! I have read through plenty of the post and either I don’t understand or haven’t found the exact situation. I’d like to put one image as the background for all pages but then an additional ‘container’ background image on the home page only.

    Background to each page would have the gradient glow from the middle (white)
    In addition, background to the home page will also have a black shadow behind the content. Like this site https://www.templatemonster.com/demo/53612.html

    .home { background-image: url( “https://stage.thedbcfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/DW-Background_All.png”);
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: 50% 77%;
    }

    I’d like to and comfortable using CSS to do this. Please send me in a direction to get this resolved? Thanks so much!

    Hi there,

    The home page content is using Elementor so I assume you can use the page builder to apply a background image.

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Hi Leo, Sorry for the delay…wasn’t sure I’d get a response. I did learn/end up understanding where to set the background image in appearance | customizer and then add the shadow background just one the home page editing them all with elementor. Thank you! Dione
