Bluehost Temporary URL Transfer

    Hello!

    I’m waiting for my domain transfer (from Go Daddy to Bluehost) to be completed. I was given a temporary URL by Bluehost to work on. (http://##.##.##.##/~username). I just have a simple question here: Once the domain transfer is completed would the contents of the temp URL be automatically transferred to the main domain? Or do I have to perform some other tasks? Thanks!

    The temporary URL should be the exact same as the main domain itself. You may need to log into your admin via the temporary URL though and update your General Settings to use the main domain URL rather than the temporary URL.
