Blog Title

I changed the name of my blog and the url to make it stand out more in search engines. I changed it from Jill’s Bookshelf to Jill’s Patchwork of Stories. The url is jillspatchworkofstories.wordpress.com. However, now if someone tries to subscribe to my blog, they still get the blog name Jill’s Bookshelf. How can I change it so the name of my blog is Jill’s Patchwork of Stories. I see no way to do this, and everything in my account says it’s called Jill’s Patchwork of stories. Linking to the blog under jillspatchworkofstories.wordpress.com also works.
