Blog Posts Showcase

Hi!

I want to create a page that showcases the blog posts on my site in retangular boxes with the post title, featured image, autor name, reply and like counts etc.

Kindly suggest me a plugin that can help me achive the above. I want to stick with my current theme so looking out for a plugin.
