blog doesn't exist

Hello,
I created a page via hosting provider. I uploaded WP 3.3.1 via FTP core into public_html folder, changed wp-config.php file and then I run the WordPress installation script by accessing wp-admin/install.php in a web browser. It let me create the admin user as shown in instruction. In the admin panel I can for example create posts.

The problem is that I reload the page or want to see my page via wordpress dashboard, but there is no blog only the same page as there was before intalling wordpress, which says that: if you see this message your the page is created succesfully. This page is named index.html and is placed in public_html directory.

Should I delet any file or rename or do something else. Help me 🙂
