Blog by Email error

    Hello —

    I’ve just installed WordPress and I’m trying to set up the blog-by-email. I’ve entered the mail server, port, login name, and password in the options, but when I browse to wp-mail.php, I’m receiving:

    Ooops POP3 connect: Error [0] []

    For a while, it was saying: Ooops POP3 connect: Error [110] [Connection timed out]. I’m not sure why the error changed.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Did you ever get it resolved? I am having the same problem. I went over everything I could. I even used an email that I use on another wordpress site and the same info. but to no avail. I still could not get it to work. It’s driving me crazy. I really need to get the post by email function to work.
