    1. Broken link checker doesn’t work ..
    2. Pull down menus on dashboard doesn’t work
    3. Option tab on dashboard is blocked by the plug in
    4. Widget windows not movable….

    ..that’s enough for me to deactivate the plug in, but there may be more

    It sounds like a conflict with another plugin. Could you try deactivating your other plugins?
