Hello, I use a push integration with my dropshipper and i create the items on their site then it is pushed to my site. The total cache program is blocking the full integration. The images aren’t being added and it is making the items show out of stock. Is it a setting that i have to add to allow it to work?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ghostgear101

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Just to confirm, have you tried purging the cache and see if the issue persists after that?
    Thank you!

Yes i did clear it out because my inodes usage was at 300000 and my hosting service gave me a warning. so that was done before then i added 2 products. it was then that i noticed the issue. i disabled the plugin then added another one and it added with no issues.

    Hello @ghostgear101

Just to confirm, after you added those products, you’ve cleared the cache after that?
    Thanks!

I cleared it right before. When I saw the product didn’t load right I cleared the cache again. No change.

    Hello @ghostgear101

Can you please disable the settings one by one and see which one might be causing the issue?
    Thank you!

Ok I won’t be able to try it till this evening. Do you have any suggestions on which group of settings to start with?

    Hello @ghostgear101
    Thank you for the information.
You should start with the Page Cache.
Are you using API for integration?
    Thanks!

Ok will do. As for the API if you mean the page speed API under miscellaneous, no I’m not.

I’m sorry I had to think about your question. YES I use a API for the integration. It’s Printful for Woocommerce

Hello, I disabled the database feature and it worked the way it should. Should i leave it off or is it a setting within that module that i can turn off or on and still have the database cache on?

    Hello @ghostgear101

Thank you for the information. I can see that you also have Object Cache enabled. Using both Object Cache and DB cache can cause issues on some occasions. You should leave DB cache disabled if Object cache is enabled. Object Cache allows getting data from the database more efficiently. Its purpose is similar to what Database Cache does. But compared to Database Cache, Object cache is more efficient as it allows to process fewer requests.
    Thank you!
