    Background shows up for me – be sure you’ve cleared any caches.

    The default color is like a light blue, #eaf6f7 but I have changed it to a turquoise color #d6ffff but is not showing.

    Which background? I see an image pattern for the body.

    Where is the theme from? You will probably need to contact the developer for any theme-specific issues.
