Lol that used to work and the blog index was showing, something has happened again.
Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
None of those have helped or helped when I tried third time. I downloaded fresh files 5 minutes ago, reseted the plugins and changed the themes/ to themes-old/ .
Now that index.php is also a blank page, it wasn’t before I uploaded new files and did those ^
Now the index is ok again but still a blank login site. This is bullshit. Is the problem within WordPress files or my webhosting?

No! Add “-old” to the end of the folder name for your current theme.
Doesn’t make a difference. I don’t think it’s a problem with plugins or themes since resetting themes (current theme folder) just makes the front page disappear also and I have doubleresetted plugins with plugin_old @ ftp plus from phpMyAdmin. I have installed no other content than what’s in WordPress installation downloadable files since I first installed it today.
Have you spoken to your hosts about these problems?
Waiting for an answer but the customer service sucks. I had only php version 5.2.14 available in my provider but WordPress 3.2 doesn’t work also, the same problem. Blank page when the admin panel should open.

That should be fine. 5.2.14 is newer than 5.2.4 (the minimum requirement for WP 3.2 or above). Anything in the error logs?
PROBLEM SOLVED.
I don’t know why my FRESH file wp-login.php didn’t had the ending tag ?> at all. I put it there and voilà, at least this login problem solved. Hopefully this was all.
