“Blank rows” won’t apper

Hello!

I am using Geometric theme from Woo.
This is my problem: I want empty rows sometimes to better distribute the content but when I publish the page/post the “Enters”(like the one between “Hello!” and this paragraph) don’t show up. How can I change this?
