Are you seeing any errors in your browser console?

I don’t see any errors. We use WP rocket as well and so far that worked well but perhaps with new versions they are conflicting?
WP Rocket works well with Redis Object Cache.
Can you post a screenshot of your blank settings page and ideally also your diagnostics?
Hi.
I had done some updates today and when i tried to flush redis-cache i found the settings page also empty. My redis-cache was updated on sept to version 2.0.15. There are no console errors when displaying the settings page.
This is a screenshot of the settings page:

Can you post your error log?
Sent it via email to till@kruss.io
Hi. Did you received the log file?
I’ve looked through the log file and there are not errors related to this plugin, so I can only assume it’s a JavScript error. Can you post a screenshot of your browser console on that page?
Yes sure. here it is. https://snipboard.io/Li2v9B.jpg

Weird.
Can you turn on WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY and reload that page to see if it prints any errors?
Just turned on both and no errors showed up.
Hi. just an update. I replaced the latest version with an old 1.3.8 after confirming with Pagely that the redis-cache was disabled on the site.
@xxxxxxx:~/sites/xxxxxxxxxxxx.com$ wp transient type
Transients are saved to the database.
With the version 1.3.8 I enabled the redis cache again on the plugin settings. i deactivated the plugin and activated the latest version again. When i check again redis-cache was disabled again.
Try deactivating all other plugins one by one to see which one conflicts and might be hiding the plugin settings.
I’d recommend hiring a developer to debug this for you.
Pagely offers Object Cache Pro as part of your offering, I’d use that.
