Blank pages error

After I installed Ultimate Member, all the pages were not automatically
made so I manually added according pages and link to the plugin as follow:

I’ve got my account and password reset pages working by manually adding static shortcode in page editting([ultimatemember_account], [ultimatemember_password]).But for the login/register/user pages, they appear as blank pages.
I have tried to do a conflict test by deactivating all non-ultimate member plugin and switched my original theme to twenty fifteen theme but still can’t solve it.
