I was installing a social media widget (I’ve installed several; no problems), and all a sudden all my admin stuff is blank. When I go to my site, http://www.convivial.org, I see the site, and it says I’m still logged in at the top, but when I click on dashboard or anything, the entire page is blank. So anything with “convivial.org/wp-admin” is completely blank. Please help.

-try deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down the problem. If the problem goes away, activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin.

If you don’t have access to your admin area, try deactivating plugins manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I have no access to my admin area at all. Sorry, I’m a newbie and have no idea what FTP means. How do I access it manually?
