Blank page after posting

    Click Publish
    Page goes a white blank and post gets published.

    If I do a View Source on the blank page, I can see all the code for a complete page – yet I see nothing on the page itself.

    All plugins deactivated and reactivated as there was a discrepancy in the database table. Nothing changed though from when this happened – as far as I’m concerned it came from nowhere (which it obviously didn’t but I can’t pin it down).

    Ping services: 2 and has been for months

    Errors: nothing in the main error log, nothing in the error files in the directories.

    It doesn’t bother me at all, but I can’t find anything here and it could be useful to have an answer.

    Version 1.5.2 (though this problem has been reported in 1.2.x so “Upgrade to 2.0” is not an answer)

    I’ve got this too. It’s really quite annoying. I’m running 2.0.1 (I upgraded to 2.0.1 in the hope that it would resolve this particular problem).

    I just deleted
    http://rpc.pingomatic.com/
    from the Update services box. Made 3 quick test posts – they were published very fast, no white page.
    Put pingomatic back – 15 seconds to publish and a white page.

    Worth trying ……..
