I’m having trouble verifying my site with bing webmaster tools
One of the options is to add a meta tag in my homepage but I’m not sure how to do that

You can do this through the Jetpack or Yoast SEO tools plugins.

I added the code but when I look in bing webmaster tools, it says it can’t verify

Make sure you’ve disabled any caching on the site.
