    Hello. When viewing support forumns on the wordpress.com website. I have a difficult time searching through the vast amount of topics to find what I’m looking for. For an example, when I go to Jigoshop’s support page, there are pages and pages of tickets that have already been created that an individual can navigate through to see issues others have had. I think lots of people don’t even bother looking through old support tickets because there are so many of them and there isn’t a very organized way of finding what your looking for without clicking through every single page. My suggestion is to create some kind of search bar for these support pages to help us filter the open tickets. So for an example, I went to Jigoshop’s support page today because I’m having issues with my shopping cart page. I noticed just on the first page, there were a few others who have open tickets regarding issues with their shopping cart. I wanted to see all tickets (opened or resolved) regarding issues with the “cart” but it doesn’t look like there is any way to do this right now….so i have no other choice but to click from page to page and read the title of every support ticket to see if it has something to do with the shopping cart. This takes lots of valuable time out of my day and I feel like this couldn’t be improved upon.

    I assume you mean WordPress.ORG as .COM and this place are not the same and not connected. 😉

    Search in the forums is horrible, it’s on “The List” and it’s not a small problem to solve. Meaning please don’t expect it to get addressed anytime soon. ;(

    Thanks for your prompt reply! Yes, I mean wordpress.org. I’m happy to hear this is on “the list” and I’m sure it is a big project to tackle.
