Best Plugin help

Can anyone help me with this problem? I need a plugin that is basically like this one (triathlon.competitor.com). The featured news post image rotator thing. I need something with a large image as well as smaller thumbnails to click that will swap out the larger image. Does anyone know which plugin this uses, or which plugin was modified to achieve this?
