Best plugin for user uploads?

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a plugin that allows users to register and upload files. Preferably it will allow them to create a post, containing their file, which is held in moderation for me to approve – that way leaving me with as little editing and messing around as possible.

And when I say editing/messing around, I mean to get their post online, messing around and editing to set the plugin up I’m perfectly happy with.
