Best in class !

I have tested many page builders. Here is my review about IG Page Builder

Pros –
1. Simplicity – Almost 0 learning curve.
2. In-built and Pro Elements are well chosen and covers most common types of presentation.
3. Widgets integration – Placing widgets at desired place makes the page builder even more powerful.
4. Responsive – Not all page builders claiming themselves as responsive are as elegant as IG Page Builder. There is room of improvement but still it is far better than many others.
5. Great Support – IG listens ! Guys “DO” reply your queries ! 🙂 Also they humbly accept the shortcomings and honestly try to serve better. I highly appreciate it.

Cons –
1. Performance – The show-stopper. Page load time gets incremented by minimum 3-4 seconds on frontend and backend. This issue is raised by many and exists till current version of plugin i.e. 2.2.1 [as of 14-May-2014]
BUT no need to get nervous, there is a GOOD news, team has found out the cause and rewriting the core to finally kill this haunting issue. Refer : http://www.innogears.com/forum/product-support/464-so-slow-help.html#1050
Since I think positive, I feel that in future version, the performance become feather in cap of IG Pagebuilder.

Despite of performance issue, due to many pros, hard work of IG team and spirit to improvise, I feel this plugin deserve 5 stars !

The performance is enhanced significantly in version 2.3. Great Work IG team.
