• Works beautifully with Google’s current API and allows me to avoid storing the Google a/c password in the WordPress db. It did take a minute or two to generate the required client secret, etc. but it’s worth it. I use a similar plugin (‘Configure SMTP’) for other sites but will switch to this one for future use.

    A couple of reviewers are saying that this plugin doesn’t work for third-party plugins. Not sure which plugins you’re referring to but it works perfectly with all third-party plugins I’ve tested.
