Best free multilingual plugin

Hi,

This is my first post on the forum.

I am trying to find a good free multilingual plugin since past week.
I tried many but the issue is most of them are either using online translators or provide tabs on my ‘page’ where I have to create the whole website again for a new language.

While searching for the plugin I stumbled upon Weglot Multilingual Plugin. It is exactly what I was looking for. But unfortunately, it is free only for 10 days.
As I have a tight budget on this particular project, I can not buy their services.

My question for you is – is there any free to use plugin with similar function?
Is there any other way to do this? I don’t want to use online translators and don’t want to create the pages again for the new language.
It will work for me if the plugin is creating new page/tab for the language with the page structure and I have to edit just the textual part.
