Best Contact Form?

I did a search of contact forms on the plugins section here, and needless to say, there were a lot but nothing was what I was looking for. I see many WP sites out there with very simple yet modern and beautiful looking contact/feedback forms that for example, have a colored bg, rounded input boxes, a spiffy graphic submit button, and different choices for fonts etc…. However I can seem to find that one form that matches all these criteria in WP. Am I missing something, someone have one they use that adheres to these characteristics?
