Thanks for your interest in Menu Social Icons! I think behance.net would be a great addition! Unfortunately, the current plugin depends on the FontAwesome library. You can find a full list of all the icons in that library at that link, and FontAwesome would be the appropriate project to talk to about adding icons.
There are other web fonts, like Entypo and Elusive, that do include behance. One site, fontello.com, will even let you mix and match them.
Menu Social Icons could potentially be modified to use any web font or icon syntax, but doing so requires some PHP skills to enqueue the custom font using wp_enqueue_style and change the available sites & icons using the storm_social_icons_networks filter.
I know that may not be the quick fix that would be most helpful. I would certainly like to see Menu Social Icons come to a point where it would provide an option of icons sets, mix-and-match, or try to provide the best of everything available. Unfortunately, adding those feature depend on volunteers contributing on Github.
It would likely take about a weekend of work to rework this plugin to work with several fonts seamlessly. If FontAwesome adds behance in the future, however, the addition will be rolled into Menu Social Icons rather quickly.
