I’ve just started using WordPress and things were going fairly well. I editted my style sheet and then column 1 moved between column 2 and 3. I have NO idea how it happened. I changed the style sheet back to the sample one and it didn’t make a difference.

My link is: All things by Lysa

Any help would be appreciated. I only have 3 posts and no comments so I don’t know what is going on.

Forgot to mention that the theme I’m using is K2 1.0-RC7 by Various Artists. I’m also using WordPress version 2.6.5.

I looked at your theme. I only see two columns. I can’t tell that one has moved. Do you have content in all 3 columns. Sometimes the columns won’t line up correctly unless there is content in them.

Btw – be sure to keep backup copies even when making seemingly the most minor change . . . you never know what will happen. I always ftp a good copy of a file to a special folder so I don’t get confused which one is the good one. I’ve done that before late at night.

I had cleared both sidebars but one wouldn’t clear. I tried removing one sidebar, then both and when I put them back, they were still in the wrong order.

I just downloaded a theme from somewhere else and I have it pretty much the way I want it now.

Good idea. I’m glad you fixed it. Sounds like it was a problem with the theme.
