Begin WordPress Super Cache Preload programmatically

    Hi there!

    I have activated WordPress Super Cache Preload mode and it works very nice. In my current project, I need to clear all cache files when a new post is published and immediately after start to preload the cache again.

    1) How can I begin a preload process from code (e.g. hook, function)?
    2) How can I know if a preload process is already running?
