batch upload not working

Hi,

We are trying to upload a zip file containing numerous PDF files.
All the files names are correct (no spaces or special characters)

Upload completes, and they show in the relevant folders, but when download is clicked it give an error stating file not found.

Manually uploading individual files works fine.

Andy ideas ?
