You need to have a clean/non-hacked website first. Just cleaning up the end result – malicious code injections – after the fact does not remove all the hidden hacker backdoor scripts that you have not and will not find on your website. BPS does not automatically remove hidden hacker files nor can any scanner find these files either because they do not have a signature that scanners are programmed/coded to look for. hacker’s backdoor scripts are designed specifically to NOT be detectable by scanners.
The other possibility is your FTP or WordPress passwords are cracked.
